HrGOV is an annual government meeting dedicated to supporting the strategic, technological, and business relationships between the public and private sector. This critical meeting hosts an environment for senior HR, Workforce/Performance/Talent Management, Training/Learning government officials will learn about today's leading technologies and solutions while meeting in strategy sessions and live demonstrations among their peers.

Maximizing agency performance, training and development, addressing the "Brain Drain", and meeting the President's Management Agenda and Office of Personnel Management requirements, are at the forefront of HrGOV's issues to be discussed.

Loudoun Economic Summit

For two consecutive years, the Telework Consortium produced the Loudoun Economic Summit with Amendment One Publishing and Loudoun Magazine. The interactive program, keynoted by Virginia Congressman Frank Wolf, focused on implementing broadband collaboration tools to spur economic development, address continuity of operations issues and enhance work-life balance among private and public sector employees. More than 200 business and government leaders came away understanding telwork’s viability, met with three organizations with successful telework programs and experienced the latest software and hardware in “FutureScape”, a dynamic demonstration. Deemed a success, the Summit has concluded its run.
